Our History

Since 1994

Saleh S. Batterjee

The company was stablished in 1994 by the chairman Mr. Saleh Batterjee under Saudi Ministry of Commerce. It started its commercial activity by supplying foodstuffs and fruits such as pineapples and summer fruits from the Far East. Then it started trading in shoes and leather textiles, after that it entered the field of petroleum fuel trade, and then the iron manufacturing and trade. After that, it started establishing many branches of the company outside the Kingdom, and was present in about 14 countries, working on logistical and infrastructure projects, as well as projects for health hospitals, medical cities, and smart cities.

Lalei is a Saudi-Based International Company in a Joint Venture Partnership with European Consultancy and Financing Vof, CO, a European-Based Company focused on Development and Finance across multiple sectors including Healthcare and Education as well as Large Infrastructure Projects.

Lalei Al Barakah, in collaboration with European Consultancy and Financing Vof is involved in Financing and Developing LargeScale Government and Private Health Care Development Projects across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Economic City Development in Africa.
Medical City Development in Africa, and Asia.
